Did anyone see the end of the Patriots-Jaguars game? The game was handed over to the Patriots once again on an obvious play that was an incomplete pass, but was ruled as a fumble. The whole tuck-rule crap made up to cover Tom Brady's fumble a few years ago obviously does not apply to everyone. I am sick of seeing the Patriots get the calls. I am not even a Jaguars fan, and I was pissed.

My team hasn't played yet this week, and it would nice to hear an opinion from someone who isn't currently riding the Pats bandwagon. And I would love to see your proof that his arm wasn't moving forward before Gerrard was hit. Cuz I couldn't see it.

*yawn* Patriots: winners - Jaguars: losers. Period!

edit// bandwagon? I don't think so! I'm not a Patriots fan and I don't have anything against the Jaguars; but what I saw it was that Garrard was running with the football. He got sacked, fumbled, and Patriots recovered. If Garrard ever attempted the pass, I didn't see it (probably I missed it). Besides, there will always be "bad calls (injustices)" in everything. O.J should of went to prison but he didn't.

The patriots do have the nerdiest fans in the NFL; do they even let black people into their games?; I do see what your saying . The Raiders and the Jags got screwed and the Pats were on both sides.

Most Boston fans are pretty immature and arrogant. Look how obnoxious they were when the Red Sox won the title; they're pretty quiet now. They dont' know how to walk with class.

Tom Brady dating all of those strippers has paid off. I wonder if the refs are "friends" with them.

Pretty lame but the Pats arent' going anywhere this year; they have too many holes. There a nice team but not great.

obviously there are a lot of pats fans here, based on the arrogance and bias in the replies. sorry to say this, but the tuck rule should have applied to david garrard. it clear that his arm was moving forward in an attempt to make a pass. the worst part about that call was the fact that the ref "reviewed" the play for about 2 seconds under the hood. on a play like that, in a game like that, any ref who doesnt want to suck tom brady's dick would spend much longer reviewing.

Well that was a fumble but yeah, questionable calls will always go the Patriots' way. The tuck rule was invented on the fly to screw the hated Raiders, to the best of my knowledge it's been put on the shelf. Never heard it called before, haven't heard it called since.

P.S. - I hate the Raiders as much as anybody but Brady fumbled and they got screwed.

PLEASE!!! and how was the game handed over to them?? They made 2 great touchdowns by two great rookies. Don't be hating on them just because they actually work together as a team and they are not cocky. They play really good so don't blame the Pats, blame the officials. Your so smart, why don't you become an official and go out there. They know a lot more than you do. Who cares if it was the end of the game, Jaguars would've lost either way..big deal!

I think that was one that was impossible to get right on the field. Maybe there was a Patriot's bias on the original call, but the officials had to pick a way.

The reply wasn't "indisputable." Garrard's arm was coming forward, but it was tough to tell if the ball was already out at that point.

Patriots and Brady will always be on the refs good side and get the favourable calls.

Dude,

It was a FUMBLE! They called it right! Stop being a sore loser who's mad that the Patriots won, and your team prob. lost!

I can tell you have no knowledge of NFL rules, and reviews.
