When I was little, if Santa brought you a radio, he had to sneak it in on a sack barrow, and the battery was the size of a small car. Now it's a iPod you can hardly see.

12" Albums looked impressive, but how do you wrap a mini-disc so it doesn't look like an after dinner mint?

Yes, I have totally noticed this; not only with prezzies though. When I was little, a granola bar would make a great breakfast because it filled you up and was easy to carry, but I unwrapped one the other day and found the length equivalent to my pinky finger!! Jeez, what's next? Are PEOPLE going to start getting smaller?? Well at least we'll be prepared, since everything else is shrinking.

Wrap the disc(s) up in a medium-sized cardboard box with some tissue paper. The boxes at Ikea are cheap and nicely designed.
