I really admire your courage and your stance towards your daughters happiness. If you live in the UK ,there are plenty of charities that are open during the busy xmas period and maybe phone the samaritians. I really hope you can sort this out mate. Have a great xmas for your and your childs sake

I'm sorry to hear your trouble friend. I would suggest fighting, but if you are drained I understand why you won't.
Maybe you can move in with your parents or sleep on a friends couch. If neither of those are an option, maybe a hotel room or a cheap room that are advertised in papers.
May I also suggest, don't give up on your partner. Maybe a little space would help you guys sort your problems out.
Anyway, those are my suggestions. Good Luck.

Tell the girlfriend to get stuffed. You don't throw people out of their homes at christmas. Surely she can wait until you find somewhere. It is your home too. I bet you have been buying things like food, rent etc. Shame on the woman. Approach local councils and housing associations for accommodation, but be warned it can take weeks to years to get affordable housing.
