An online MMORPG??
Thang,Maplestory and Silkroad are a few i've heard of. Pick one,they're free. There's more than what I mentioned around,but you can look at these first,and if you don't like them,find more.
If you want to pay for an mmorpg,go with World of Warcraft. I don't see much point in going for a lesser known mmorpg if you're paying money,but again,there's others.
