Can it get rid of belly fat and baby fat as well?

No, milk is high in fat content. Drink lots of water, it burns fat cells and exercise for 20 minutes a day.

Cut out beer and regular soda. Replace regular cheese and mayonnaise with light versions, same with salad dressing. Switch from olive oil to Pam. Use honey or brown sugar and cut down on how much you eat. Best thing? Eat unsweetened oatmeal or toast for breakfast. Eat smaller servings.

As for the milk thing, I don't think it reduces belly fat, but guarantee large amounts of regular pop and beer will cause it.

Some say milk contains healthy fat that helps you burn calories, while others say that milk is the first thing you should quit when on a diet. Nevertheless, check out the PETA ad "milk gone wild". Very disturbing:-S If you live in USA I wouldn't help support such an industry...

drinking milk wont help you to get rid of belly fat.instead try to exercise and take a proper diet.cut down your take on carbohydrates.excess of carbohydrate intake results in accumulation of fat.prevention is always better than cure.try to avoid carbohydrate foods and exercise.

Of course! As long as you drink NO FAT milk!! A.K.A. Skim Milk. You have to make sure to also eat healthy, exercise, and do lots of sit ups!

if you are blood type A yogurt, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and perhaps a low fat cottage cheese would help you loose weight as they are easily absorbed into ur bloodstream. If you are type O, nope! sorry! stay faar away from dairy if u don't want to end up gaining weight.

stop drinking diet soda..coke..pepsi ...etc...i lost 20# in 3 weeks! its poison... google aspartame..it makes you crave sweets and carbs..really!
