i've listened to a radio talk show is coast to coast in manila & the host was talking about that ,the phili.is a 3 world country and they have this amanzy tec.and us in america are so advance we r years from this tec.something is wrong w/this picture.it maybe that the intersracture is pramtive so they can put the fiberactive cables in the st.cheaper or easyer than us the philipines wont be a 3erd world country 4 to long,who is next ,china,iran,pakiestan,palistian,see were i'm gooing w/this scarey ha.
