I don't know if he was a practicing Muslim but I have also heard that Terry Nichols his partner in crime had made several trips to the Philipines to meet with Muslim terrorists there prior to the bombing. Follow the link below to read about possible Mid East involvement in the Oklahoma City bombing. Read The Third Terrorist: The Middle East Connection to the Oklahoma City Bombing to find out more.

According to YA he was Redpublican.

This stalwart crowd has been claiming the Army is Red for months So McVeigh fresh out of the Army must have been a proud member of the GOP.

Go big Red Go

Nope.
He was a heavy meth user. He had paranoid delusions.
He said the OK City Bombing was revenge for Waco & Ruby Ridge.
BTW - he said that Iraq was stockpiling WMD.

Muslims did it. I don't have a clue who hired them. Tim McVeigh was a patsy. He was set up, just like Lee Harvey Oswald.

in my reading of the recent news, I understand that he may have visited with Arabs and possibly traveled to the Middle East the year before the bombings and the FBI/CIA didn't follow up on the lead...they allowed his execution too quickly...no time to extract information...it appears they wanted him dead as quickly as possible...whether in order to exact swift vengeance or hide other facts is unfathomable
