I found a flower on the sidewalk. It was a little wilted, but it looks like it can recover I just don't know how.

Fill kitchen sink with enough room temp. water to lay the flower under water.
Snip the end of the flower stem and lay the flower in the water completely for an hour or so. This works on roses that start to droop. If the flower doesnt perk up after this......Its to late...

having a good root system, is what has made my flowers that looked almost dead, recover. As for one cut from the plant, snip the end off, and put in cool clean water. The fresh snip will enable water to go up through the stem to reach the needed areas, if it is still able. Give it sunlight also. It should perk up, if its not too late. Love to see others enjoying flowers too! :)

Is it a plant or just a flower?

If it is a flower trash it. If it is a plant water it and see what happens.
