Yesterday (there's a song there somewhere) I was on cloud nine and I saw one of its inhabitants...(like... there's no one quite like her round where I live), today I feel as though I'm in an empty room ...I feel lost.... I can feel all those miles we are apart. Can anyone empathise with this kind of feeling.

So, you see, you're not alone. And let's face it, you're luckier than most of these people here... What's the mileage distance in the 21st century? It's the emotional closeness that matters most. Wouldn't it be terrible to sit close to someone who feels miles away? Now, that would be 'lost', I've been there and I prefer the distance in space than the distance in hearts. xx

I'm always on an emotional roller coaster. It used to be that during the climb to the top, I didn't understand that the big ride down was inevitible. Now, it's just like a real roller coaster. As I'm clanking my way to the top (again) I get that queasy anxious feeling, because I'm anticipating the rapid decline. How sad is that?

I'm on an emotional roller coaster it seems, everyday. What helps is excersizing, just taking a walk helps to clear my head and release some of the nervous energy. Plus its great for your physical health. I also keep a journal, it a great tool in releasing my anger.

I live on one.

Blame it on an evil person I know rather than any psychiatric disorder. Still, as long as there are more highs than lows!

There arent - thats where it all falls apart, of course...

My relationship with my husband use to be like a rollercoaster ride. One week he was so nice, like the day I met him, the next he was mean and messing with my mind. Thent he next week nice and then the next week emotionally not there for me. Like a rollercoaster ride.

As we speak...my pathological liar, cokehead, stalker ex-boyfriend knows that my whole family is in Minnesota, and most of my friends are out of town, or have other plans so he keeps calling me and cussing me out for being pissed at him for dicking me....and expects me to have a happy, comfy Christmas for him...

The highs and lows aren't as steep as you get older, so enjoy the ride while you can.
