The ppl living in an apartment above me are always stomping and it sounds like the floor is about to drop on my head. Now they are mexicans and it's a 1 bedroom apartment and there are about 4 adults and 2 kids in this apartment above me what can I do about the noise and the stomping ?

Have you let management know They could be in violation of their lease.

Complain to the rental office. They are also violating fire & housing code laws that do not permit that many people to live in a one bedroom apt. If the landlord allows it he, too, is in violation & race or ethnic background isn't an exception.

Apartment tenants know the rules but all you simply want is to stereotype the obvious, which is your hatred against a certain race is very Un-American. Shame, shame, shame.
