Their in it to make money. And if we don't stop letting
ourselves be played by corrupt people, who get us
wanting more and more from employers. And forcing
them to spend trillions trying to stop 150 years of pollution
overnight! There will be no jobs in America!

Certain people in life are gifted with the prowess and the skill set to be entrepreneurs, and yes, they certainly are looking to get ahead. This is not evil, it's what capitalism and living in the U.S. is all about. The problem is the materialism and greed of people who spend, spend, spend, spend and spend because they've got a piece of plastic that qualifies them for several thousand dollars to max out. And max it out they do and then they get in over their heads by only paying the minimum monthly balance. The average American doesn't believe in putting anything aside for savings or planning for retirement, even if their employer does offer them a 401K plan or a Roth IRA.

Another thing to think about is the fact that health care in this country is out of control and you can not expect most employers to pick up the tab for this anymore. Each day this great nation is getting closer and closer to national health care, and it will happen, probably sooner than later. In the state which I live, the tax payers are already subsidizing health care for children and single mothers who can't afford it, and most of us fall into the category of not being able to afford health insurance and the cost of prescription drugs.

If people weren't nice to you, you wouldn't be living today. So yes, you are supposed to be nice. Think of someone besides yourself, and as a human being be responsible.
