my new xbox360 works(turns on) but no green light on console and flashing green light on wireless controller?

wireless controllers need batteries.

hopefully youve sorted this by now but if not then the chances are your controller needs synching with the 360. press the tiny button on the front of the controller between the bumpers and also on the 360 by the meomory slots.

this will resynch your controller.
