Do you like my site?

Question

I am trying to start a work consulting business based on my prior work,education and experience but I am new to site development. I did not care for the templates since anyone can use the same look. I like the way my site came out but am looking for objective(albeit polite) feedback. My site is : www.myworkconsultant.com. Do you like it? why or why not? Thanks! feedback is essential for good marketing

BLAPATH: Why did you even bother to answer if you felt that way? I was asking for feedback which is legitimate to do and as you can see from the two other answers nobody got a virus. My site is a secure site.

I do not like in your site:
-the background colour
-the font size (too big)
-the music is not really necessary and it can be quite annoying
-the fact that there is not a structure suitable for a web-site (menus, navigation bars), it looks more like a text document.

I would propose you:
-to use a typical white background - black letter style, using a clear font like Arial or Helvetica, with sizes: 18pt black, for the title headings, 14pt regular for the text.
-put a navigation bar with the buttons: about me, background, services offered, etc. Make the buttons point to different pages and try to make sure that the most pages are viewable in one single screen. Put your photo in the page "About me", not in the central one.
-Please remove the music. It can be really annoying.

It is difficult to say, as I will not enter your site - such publishing can be a good way of inviting people into a site which downloads a virus, a spyware to our computer.
So don't invite people to visit your site as reasonable people will not do it anyway!
