You would never know it WAS the last two minutes of your life, unless perhaps you were strapped to a gurney in the execution chamber about to pay the ultimate penalty for a crime of which you were tried, convicted, and sentenced to die at the appointed day and time. That being the case, you would not be in a position to do much else but lie there waiting for the substance to flow into your veins.
I suppose another possibility would be if you were headed up the stairs to the top of a tall building, with the intention of hurling yourself to your death from the roof, in which case, I would assume that you would be already in the process of using up those couple of minutes getting to your jump-off point.

Gather all my friends and give an extremely boring and corny script and laugh along with my friends the spilt second before i die knowing i had a nice life and have good friends.
