Yes it is perfectly normal. It is "precumm" not premature ejaculation. You would know if you were ejaculating.

Owen is spot on.... The purpose is to lubricate the passage way ready for the sperm so it may exit at a faster rate than if dry. ( so it can shoot up in a woman) It also helps to lubricate the female vagina during intercourse.. Or other activities !!!!
The amount of leakage varies from person to person and degree of excitement. You do not have to be erect to leak either !.. A male with high libido can "LEAK" quite a lot...
Women have a similar condition .

Being a doctor myself, I believe that it is perfectly normal.

During sexual arousal or any form of sexual excitement, each one of your Cowper's gland produces a clear, viscous secretion known as pre-ejaculation. This fluid helps to lubricate the urethra for spermatozoa to pass through. This fluid has a slightly higher pH (thus, a base) and to help neutralize any residual urine or foreign matter in the uretra or near the gland.

this is normal and healthy. God gave men the gift of a built-in lubricant. Also all other male mammals. then when guys get hard and ready to enter a woman. They leak and ooze this super lubricant so they can slide in easy - & not hurt her. A man lets this ooze all during his intercourse until he's done. Keeps the female moist and juicy and happy.

Amazing how God thought of everything for us. !!!

Awesome.

Yes, it's perfectly normal. This is Cowper's Gland Secretion, commonly known as "precum". It happens to tons of guys and is a very normal bodily function.
