In my daughters 60 gallon freshwater tank, her Albino shark, which is only about an inch long is picking on other fish even bigger ones! He killed her much bigger Bala shark and keeps nipping at the sucker fish and snails and chases the guppie! Why is he so mean? Is that in his nature? He may be finding a new home today!

yes its normal for certain fish to be agressive. If he doesn't calm down soon he should find a new home.

This normal since most albino sharks sold today are irredescent sharks( which can reach 3 feet long!) . the prefer to be kept in shcools as well so it is probably feeling stressed. the only solution is to take it back or buy at least a 250 gallon tank and get 2 more of them and dont put anything in with them.

Try putting something in the tank that he can hide in. Our albino shark likes to hide a lot.
