I have vellus on my upper cheeks and its pissing me off because when I shave I can see the exact area I have shaved due to the vellus hair still on my cheeks. I want to shave it off?

yes I shave it all off. I haven't noticed that is has grown back thicker either.

I personally think the idea of shaving makes your hair grow back thicker is a wifetail. I've shaved my head for years and when I let it grow back it doesn't come back any fuller than before.

If you want to have a clean looking shave your going to have to take that little bit of extra time and hit those fine hairs.

The whole hair growing back thicker thing is a myth. If you don't want your whole face to be stubbly, bleach it.
