The people who didn't get bonuses should do a better job next year.

Learn how to get along with the people making the money decisions. It's obvious that they are willing to give bonuses. For some reason they chose not to give you one. Take a good look at yourself to see what the others are doing that you are not doing. If all else fails, ask the person making the decision what do you have to do to be in the running for a bonus next time? Remember, life is not always fair. Try to outsmart the inequities.

The ones that worked harder or are friends with the boss would have gotten the bonuses, obviously. That's the way it is...life isn't fair.

Some bonuses are given for merit, some are standard company policy and some are given for seniority. Ask.

I would think a bonus plan is based on performance attitude attendance etc and is probably tied into a contract of employment too. Clarify it with your supervisor!

It depends on their job and whether or not the bosses think they deserved it. If you feel you deserved it, why not go to your boss, ask what you can do to recieve the bonus.

jUST ASK YOUR BOSS WHAT THE REQUIREMENTS ARE TO RECEIVE A BONUS? MAYBE YOU DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH SENIORITY. MY JOB DOES NOT GIVE US BONUSES, THEY JUST BONE US! LOL........

unless you have good proof it was done unfairly you need to get back to work and not cry about it. unless your willing to share your bonus with others.
