no your checks stop immeaditly upon reception in the doc as does va benefits, your social security number is what they use to run a benefits chek with the feds, who grant the states funding for programs utalized in prison.

If you are a disbabled person receiving SSI before age 65, you will not receive your checks while you are in prison. But I do believe you receive the back pay when you get out.

Not sure about regular retirement social security

I hope you don't mind the correction but the word is you're as in you are, not your as in the prison belongs to you. As to the question, I certainly hope not because it costs the taxpayers several thousand every month to support you if you're in prison.
