My car was sitting for serveral months and I finally got it running, but now it will not move. It feels like the ebrake is on although it is not. The car is on a flat surface and when I put it in neutral with it turned all the way off, I still can't budge it. What should I do?

jack up the wheel one at a time to isolate the problem wheel, its probably in the rear and I would suspect a frozen ebrake cable. you could try grabbing the cable near the back of the rear tire and yanking it around, this may free up the rust. if its in the front then a rusty or froze up caliper may be the culprit.

Brake hose needs replaced. cost about $15.00 if you do it yourself.
