will it get YOU a deoxys? i'm sure that it WON'T.
you need to attend a nintendo event, in the USA, to get a certain ticket - THEN you can get a deoxys
there is no way to get it on your own without using a device designed for breaking/destroying your game (such as gameshark or actionreplay)

If your talking about Pm Mystery dungeon then just beat the dungeon hes in alot and hell ask eventually ;)

u need to go to a nintendo event and upload a special ticket into your game. with that u go to an island and there it is
