a Mexican/Soul Food Restaurant, how would "Nacho Mama" make for the restaurant's name?

I would miss the "soul" part ...Nacho would mean Mexican ... but Mama might be anything.... there is a restaurant called "Bahama Mama's" but that is only for food from the Bahamas... keep tryin' and

what about , "mama del nacho" it means the same thing but its in spanish so it sounds more like a mexican resterraunt...
