Yes, get a telescope and look at the footprints and trash we left. If we can build an AEGIS weapon system we sure the hell can go to the moon. The weapons system takes up 7, 18 by 18 foot rooms for the electronics alone.

No, the moon landing was not a hoax. The thing you saw on family guy was making fun of people who believe we never landed on the moon. These are reasons we definitely did land on the moon. 1. Being able to keep the secret for so many years would be more impressive than anything the government has ever done. 2. Scientists have confirmed the rock samples brought back are not earth like rocks 3. It has happened about 9 times now... so faking it 9 times would be pretty damn impressive

Actually, it was YOUR astronauts who landed on the moon -- pretending to be Americans.

Not only did America put men on the moon, we did it 6 times. During those 6 missions astronauts performed numerous experiments and brought back 400 kgm of samples. While most of these sample rocks have been distributed to universities and scientists for study I believe the Smithsonian has some on display, along with a long list of hardware from the 18 Apollo missions. One of the experiments had to do with lunar ranging and is still operating flawlessly today. Scientists bounce a laser beam off a mirror placed there how?, by an American astonaut, and they measure the distance between earth and moon. But I suppose the easyest way to prove it would be to utilize a powerful telescope and look at some of the landing sites to see the decent stages of the lunar modules left behind as the astronauts returned to the command module. And the rest of the world was watching as well. We didn't do all that stuff in secret. Don't you think the Russians would have screamed bloody murder had they suspected fraud? Now, pull your head out of your.......

Ok, do you Brits still think your Beagle-2 space probe landed on Mars? Or did you Brits fake the whole thing just to cheat your government out of millions of pounds?
Of course Americans landed on the Moon. The best evidence in my mind is the laser repeater mirror experiment, which allows an Earth based laser to bounce a signal off of the Moon and then time the round trip. I think you should try it yourself, and after you get your laser echo for a few times, then maybe you will believe someone must have left those gadgets on the Lunar surface after all.

They landed on the moon all right.

What you DIDN'T see, was what they found there.

Yep !!! I believe it.

Travel to the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC, and go to the Space and Science Museum. They have the space capsules there that landed on the Moon for everyone to see and examine in detail. They also have the space suits worn by several of the astronauts.

It is there on public display, man. If you choose not to look at it and believe it really went down - that is your decision. Ask a russian if anyone from his country has ever been into space and see what he tells you.

Now, hard evidence...what might that be? What would it take?
I mean, really, how many times are you going to ask this question on Yahoo??? Go to Washington, DC, and you can see the hard evidence and touch it for yourself. The only thing holding you back is the price of a ticket and your own inability to accept fact.

Yes, I do.

And the best evidence is that our mortal enemies, and most intense competitors in the race to the moon, conceded defeat after we had landed there -- six separate times.

Then there are the laser reflectors we left behind to use in measuring very precisely the distance to the moon.

And I watched it happen with my own eyes. Eyewitness testimony is accepted in every court of law in the world.

Okay, now it's your turn -- give me some hard evidence that we DIDN'T make the landings. And please, none of that BS about the flag waving, or the shadows being wrong, or . . .

I'm not American but I can say that for some bizzarre reason us Brits seem to think there is a conspiracy theory for absolutely everything, from the Titanic sinking, The World Trade Centre and even the landing on the moon. Whether it happened or not, us Brits won't be satisfied until we find a conspiracy theory to put against it. And yes we have "evidence vids" which have been aired over here in the UK which is why I believe this to be a valid question.

Visit Houston and see the Moon rocks on display in the visitor center. Or visit the source for full details about the missions.
