I am afraid for our species and more afraid for the earth.
If we cease to exist, the planet will move along and overcome whatever we've done to her, If the life that exists now, ceased to exist but we managed to remain, we wouldn't last long and we'd be up to our eyeballs in waste.
We are a very resiliant species, cunning and clever, but aren't all creatures great and small?Major things will happen that will change the way we live and evolve before people accept all people and thier differences and welcome the versatility.
Water is the first and foremost absolute necessity for life . We contaminate it , we die.So in our technology and brilliant potential, if it doesnt get out of hand and we make a mistake that can't be undone and cause our own extinction, we will prosper, there have been different species of man that flourished and then became extinct, it may happen with a new species of man to us, the stronger better suited edition will emerge to replace us., I can't even imagine 50,000 years in the future

Noone's trying to destroy the planet...We're just not thinking enough about how to protect it. Don't ever think that another human being wants something bad to happen, ever! I think if we just get the chance and take the time to understand other people, we'll be just fine.
If not, we'll probably get ourselves killed, which, in my opinion, is also good, cause it means life got rid of another failed specimen (like the dinosaurs). I'm ok with that... I ain't gonna live forever anyway, right?
So I can say I feel optimistic about the future...

I think nature is resilient. All of it. The earth, people, animals, plants, everything. Life always finds a way. We mess things up. We make mistakes. We make terrible choices, but the sun continues to rise. And it will continue. Maybe not the same tomorrow or next year, or in a millenia as today. But it will.

Very pessimistic...
We cannot sustain what we are doing now for very much longer.
The planet will survive no matter what...
But human kind is going to pay a huge price for trying to destroy this planet.
