it's difficult for some people to write. why don't you try picking the topic you know most about. do some brainstorming and write down your ideas about it.
Write your introduction - it's just a couple of lines telling what you're going to talk about
Your body is the bulk of the ideas you got when you brainstormed. Just pick a couple and write a few sentences about each.
In the conclusion, just tell what you talked about in a couple of lines.
basically, tell what you're going tosay, say it,thensay what you said.

First, pick one of the topics that you feel the strongest about. This will make the writing that much easier. Then write one sentence that states your topic very clearly.

Next, brainstorm a few ideas that argue the point you stated. Jot down a few thoughts about each idea. Pick the three that are going to be the best developed.

You have the hardest part done. Now just put it all together.

In the first paragraph, put you main statement then a sentence on each of your three points. In each of the following three paragraphs, go into more deatil on each point.

Just parsonal preference, but I usually put my strongest point in the first paragraph, and the weakest in the last.

In you last paragraph, sum it all up in a few sentences.

This is the way I was taught in my college compsoition class.

I hope it helps.

Since the intro and the conclusion are two paragraphs, pick a subject where you can think of 3 points you want to make. Those 3 points will make the body of your paper.

You can even open each paragraph by listing them as "The first reason/step/advantage/example is ___" "Another reason/step/advantage/example is ___" etc.

The intro paragraph introduces the general topic and states the point that you will demonstrate by your three following examples or reasons. The conclusion sums up what you have demonstrated and may add some afterthoughts.
===========================================
Example (of intro paragraph, three supporting paragraphs, and concluding paragraph):

American politics is dominated by two major parties, the Republicans and Democrats, largely due to the democratic system of majority-rule. Because elections are decided by majority vote, the mainstream media tends to focus on competition between the two major parties as the main contenders, while third parties are largely ignored. However, throughout history, third parties have served as an important influence in political reform, even without winning elections.

For instance, the Socialist Party was responsible for introducing welfare benefits and social security in ___ under President ____. [followed by two or more sentences describing this event and its importance.]

More recent examples are the Reform Party, headed by Perot, and the Green Party under Ralph Nader which both pushed for public accountability of government officials who otherwise have grown complacent under the bipartisan system. The Green Party also advocates proportional representation and consensus decision-making that could revolutionize government through localized democracy. [and one or two more sentences closing out this idea.]

Finally, Progressive coalitions are currently lobbying for the creation of a Cabinet-level Department of Peace, to invest equal resources in diplomatic and military approaches to security, while Constitutionalist groups have been organizing their own border patrol operations to compensate for the lack of government action. [and two or more sentences on this]

These examples of third party and independent movements demonstrate the power to influence public policy with or without a candidate in office. The competitive model of Republicans and Democrats may serve as public symbols of general ideals the parties may represent, but practical changes may come from specific groups working to invest resources directly in solutions instead of in running election campaigns. If this trend continues, where more reforms come from direct action among organized citizens independent of the major parties, perhaps the government is finally evolving into true democracy by the people.
