I know a lady who I am attracted to but need to know if IM wasting my time or not. She has 2 young children who I like and occasionally buy presents for. I forward her joke emails that I receive I have also sent her birthday & christmas cards and even call her up occasionally. My problem is that this is all one way, I never get a thankyou phone call or even a email response. I know she is shy buy this is getting silly, am I wasting my time or what?

well firstly you are wasting your time i dnt think she is interested plz- she doesnt even say thank you ,i think that she gets the vibe you are attracted to her and this is probaly her way of tellin you that shes not interested , you say she is shy that would explain why she doesnt respond the generosity , if she repond, u would think that she feels the same way would`nt u and she is probaly to nice hurt you ,you are wasting your time but you should know that the truth hurts move and direct your generosity to some 1 that wants it

It sounds like you may be wasting your time--If she is not responding to any of your cards or e-mails--then it seems that she is not interested in you--You could try to flat out ask her out and if she says no--well--you will have your answer--The you can spend your efforts on someone else--But if you don't ask, you will never know!

Im pretty sure that she is taking advantage of your kindness! But if you really care about keeping your friendship talk to her about how you feel and if she dosent respond very kindly ditch her dude you deserve better!!!! Good Luck!

Try and take it a step further. Ask her out for a meal/drink. I would suggest you send her an e-mail rather than asking her face up. Her reaction will tell you what your chances are.

do not do to much for this person, you are clearly really wanting to make them happy but by asking this question you seem to think you are doing to much and it is not reciprocal, good friendships are never one sided.

If she never replies or thanks you I would stop wasting my time. You deserve some sort of feedback for your effort, so I would start spending time with someone else. Happy Holidays.

ask her if she is interested in meeting sometime in the daytime if she cannot get babysitters if she is busy, well ask again and if she does not want ot come forget her.
