i am only an a cup n i want to go upto a B cup or a C cup, how can i get to these sizes without surgury?

there is only one thing you can do and that is go to the gym and you can build upper chest muscle but you cannot build breast tissue sorry.good luck

You could use natures way and get pregnant. Your breasts will swell up as they fill with breast milk. After pregnancy they will stay at whatever size they got to, so expect at least 1 cup size, so you may go up to a B or slightly larger.
Other than that, you can't increase breast size without surgery. They are just fatty tissue, there is no magic formula that will increase their size.

Try reflexology. It's basically a massage. Use plenty of moisturizer. Using your whole hand make 20 large circles around your breasts, push them together 20 times, and pul them up 20 times. Like any massage this will increase the blood flow and encourage growth. Check out your local library for books on this, that's how I learned and I've grown one bra size and I'm firm and I'm over 30.

Eat a lot. Other than that, there's nothing you can do short of padded underwear.
I don't know if it'll make you feel any better, but I'm jealous. I've got D/DDs, and it'd be lovely if I was a size where I could wear tank tops and pretty bras (in my size, we get grandma bras) and could go braless altogether without risking putting an eye out.

Herbal enhancers... they so work. But you have to take them for 3 months straight in order to go up a cup size

Wear a bra to bed to help gravity. There are some pills out there that promote bigger breasts but you need to research each one before you decide. Some transsexuals usually take hormones to make their breasts bigger like estrogen. I hope this helps. Are you a pre-teen or older woman? If you're a pre-teen best remedy is time and puberty!!!!

If I were you, I would be happy with being as you are.
I used to worry, but don't any more. If others dont likeyou as you are, then that is their problem.

I wouldn't waste your money on implants.
I would instead concentrate on learning how to spell. If that's a problem then take a look at the little box above your question next time that says "Check Spelling" you may find that that will help.

I would say the best way to sort this one out is to let me rub them for about 2 hours. I don't know if it'll be 100% effective but i'm so bored I'll try anything.
