it has been oficially 2 months sinc ive missed my period and i wantto know besides being pregnant what can this indicate

Stressed Out and it could indicate some other medical issues, and it is best to be evaluated by an MD.

Could also have something to do with a fluctuation in weight.

Stress, weight gain, weight loss, poor nutrition, scary health problems, more benign health problems, and on and on. I'd go for a checkup with your doctor. She'll check you for any problems that could be causing this, and she can talk with you about lifestyle changes if it's due to stress or nutrition or something.

stress, eating less, dieting, increase in exercise... my friend just started college and had sex for the first time and missed her period for 5 months! i think it was the stress of starting college but someone said having sex for the first time can delay your period. i dont know if i believe that. probably just hormone/stress changes or something

Stress in number one. If you are very physically active (sports) that can cause it also.
