I was given yokohoma prada spec 2 set of tires 225/40Z/R18 92W but i have no idea if they will fit on OEM wheels I know stock tires are 225/45R18 91W
Does the 91W and 92W make a diffrence. Or the 40z and 45r
I did search but dont understand the size system Thanks for any help.

It will fit fine. 225 is the distance from bead to bead in mm. 40 and 45 are the % of that taken by the sidewall. The tires are 135 mm and 123 mm wide respectively, and 45mm (1/2 of 225*40) and 50mm tall. Go to Tireack.com for detailed explanation.

The two tires are very close in size. You can see the difference by plugging the numbers into the calculator.
