No I do not. Here's why (even without using all the websites that debunk the conspiracy theories):
1. HOW would they have kept it a secret? The sheer amount of people that would have to have been involved, and the years of planning, makes it nearly impossible.
2. The only conspiracy theory which makes sense, which is that perhaps the government hired the terrorists (I'll get to why this is the only one that would make sense), is blown out of the water by the fact that there would be no purpose for it. What, for money? Please. There are easier ways to get money without enraging an entire country, not to mention the Arab world because they think we're after them, and CERTAINLY not to mention involving us in two wars, and killing three thousand innocent civilians, 59,000 Iraqi civilians, and almost 3000 of our own soldiers.
3. There are still conspiracy theories out there. If our government was diabolical enough to attempt such a thing as organizing the terrorist attacks on 9/11, they wouldn't hesitate to execute every person who even THOUGHT that they were behind 9/11. Is the CIA at your house? No? Alright then.
4. I mentioned that the only way it would make sense is if the terrorists were hired by the government. The reason for this is that there were too many witnesses, and it is obvious that there really were terrorists on the planes...unless of course, those who called their loved ones and described what was happening were lying. If that's the case, why would they lie? Were they paid off? And if they were paid off, how did the government find them? How did they know that what they were planning wouldn't get out? And furthermore, WHERE did the people on the planes go? Are they still alive somewhere? There are too many people who SAW the planes, and only an idiot wouldn't know the difference between a civilian plane and a military drone, or a missile.

I could go on, but those are my top four. It just doesn't make any sense. Nothing that goes on in DC can be kept a secret for long. Eventually, it leaks. That's just the way it is.
Personally, I think the conspiracy theories bring up more questions than they answer. They debunk themselves. They don't need anyone to do it for them.

That crew would have be drill holes in the supports run wire all over the building. Don't you think at least one person would have noticed that they were drilling holes into the building? Or did the government silence all the maintenance staff too. Wouldn’t at least one person talk to their wife, girlfriend, or lovers? Even if you got all the building wired without anybody noticing, what about the workers who set the explosives? Did the government manage to get everyone involved onto the planes that crashed? How would they know the workers would be available? They could have been on vacations, in the hospital?

Now even if the government didn’t kill all the workers, why should the workers keep quiet? Think about it if you know something I don’t want you to tell the ONLY way to make SURE you don’t say anything is to kill you. But if you talk and spread the truth out, what can I do? Nothing killing you then would lead to more people believing you. And the whole thing would blow up in my face.

Really the government is terrible about keeping secrets. If someone in government knew and thought they could make brownie points for the next election you’d see it all over the New York Times.

They were careless about events leading to 911. But they didn't plan it. Even if you go with the conspiracy theories, they probably expected something smaller to happen, so that they can go about their agenda invading iraq and so on. But they never expected, and no body thought the attack would be that major and take town the twin towers and kill thousands. They probably thought there will be a single plane hijacking (similar reports were given to the president/cia director before the attacks) and they can negotiate and get that under control with the military options. Worst case, maybe few dead. But no one thought that they will hijack and use the planes to crash on buildings.
Anyone who thinks that the government fully knew that multiple planes will be hijacked and will be crashed into the twin towers, is probably retarded, or on dope .
