Generally today there are 5 iron families,3 are not typical and
here they are. Fattest, heaviest, and bone minute shape. The
regular two are heavier and lighter than average body size.
Iron in itself is a nondigestable food group for the menu we
use today. In say 1400 the iron group was protein and
vacina from domestic meats. Today we take iron from fruits,
meat group c or b, that is fresh kill and docile farm. These two
foods is where the interaction of more carbs interacts in muscle. Fresh orange, vitamin c, vitamin blood supplements,
lactose positive cheese and c products adds up to excessive
fat when not broken down into usable energy or mass. The
close proximate of milk, juice, and carbs that are useful is that
this means they are common and menu positive regulars. OJ
can help enhance the introductory menu on trips, camps, and
vacationing when the food is from a similar family. This old
tradition is carefully established and approved by the doctor.

THe Acid in OJ makes iron easier to digest. I take 3 iron pills a day and my doc has me take a vitamin C pill once a day to help my body absorb more of the iron.
