I know this one cos I'm a " No win No Fee" Santa did not come to me lawyer.
First make sure you have a digital camera that also shows date/time on your pics.
Stay up and at Midnight if he has not arrived, take pics of your roof and surrounding sky. Make sure date and time are on the pic.
Day after Boxing Day call my office ( We are in the book under Santa ,Faries and Elves, Yellow Pages).
We then go to court and sue. Remember Santa cannot blame the Elves cos he is the CEO and as such is held responsible,
Make sure you have the paperwork from Mum /Dad & any other interested parties saying you have been good all year.
Also a list of what you expected. Harrords is best, do not use
"Toys R Us". Sorry about thr "R" These keyboards now a days are crap.
All the Best & Wishing you A Happy Christmas

Father Christmas remembers EVERY child! He visits whether you have a chimney or not and even whether you're at your home or visiting someone else. Please don't even worry about it. Love is the greatest gift he gives to all children--and that doesn't fit in even the biggest box you can imagine!
It's nearly midnight in England as I'm writing...are you asleep, yet?
Merry Christmas!
PS - Don't listen to Darth Maul up there. He just didn't know Father Christmas was there--he just checked in on him and didn't need to leave a physical present.

Father Christmas NEVER forgets! The only reason he has for missing anyone is that they've been naughty......VERY naughty, cos he is very forgiving! Don't worry, he'll arrive on schedule tonight, just don't forget the mince pie and glass of sherry!

Well, I'm not a Christian and I don't believe in Santa Claus, since my parents never lied to me as a child. I'm a Baha'i. I used to go to my grandparents house for Christmas, because they are Christians and therefore celebrate that particular holiday. However, since I've moved to Britain and lived with my parents or on my own, Santa has conveniently forgotten to give me presents. Why? Because he doesn't exist, of course, and I am not a Christian.

Chris, I don't think that will happen, unless you have been terribly naughty...
He left Austrailia a while back, put his foot down and is getting close to now. Our RAF is on intercept for the final leg across land, heading to GB, Ireland, and still faithfully going to France.
Happy Christmas everyone

You need to write to complaints dept.
Complaints Dept,
The Lodgehouse,
Toyland,
Lapland,
Arctic Circle.
Have your details ready, because they'll ring back very quickly. They might have to fit you in on Boxing Day. Don't worry, happened to me a few years ago.
Good luck!

have you been good all year?
then if he doesn't come ask yourself this...
do you have a chimney
if no: what do you expect? for him to walk through the front door? climb through a window?
if yes and he still doesn't come then complain to your local council and your financial ombudsman and get your solicitor in on it. you can sue father christmas or santa claus or whatever for discrimination.
i've always suspected that all that stress might turn him intoa drunkard.
