If the O/H means OH group, all three of them are Alcohols:

CH3OH............... = MeOH = Methanol
CH3(CH2)3OH .. = BuOH = Buthanol
CH3(CH2)4OH .. = PeOH = Penthanol
|....................................................................o
But if you what say that O/H means the -"- H groupe, all of them are Aldehydes:
........o
CH3 -"-H............= Formaldehyde
.................o
CH3(CH2)3-"-H = Buthanal
.................o
CH3(CH2)4-"-H = Penthanal

CH3OH is methanol (1-methanol, methyl alcohol)

CH3CH2CH2CH2OH is butanol (1-butanol, butyl alcohol)

CH3CH2CH2CH2CH2OH is pentanol (1-pentanol, pentyl alcohol)

The alternate names are in parentheses. The "1" comes from the fact that the -OH group (alcohol group) is on the first carbon.
