I would love to see the man they called the Christ come back and give us a fully informed story of what was going on in those days.

And what he thinks of the acts carried out in his name.

That's a tough call for me. My husband recently lost his Dad. He may have only been my father in law, but he was the only real Dad I ever had too. It's not right that he's gone from us so soon. My younger two won't even remember him when they're grown. He was a wonderful grandpa to my kids, and I could never thank him enough for that.

Then there's my grandfather. He passed away right before my oldest had his first birthday. He thought my little boy was the neatest thing that had ever been. He was one of my favorite people of all time. I would give anything to have him back. I would love for him to see all my babies. I know they would have loved each other.

As far as someone to take their places? Osama is fine with me. Or the bastard I was forced to call "Dad" for 12 years. My step father was physically and emotionally abusive. He's one of the very few people I can honestly say I hate. While my sister and my brother would miss their dad, I would not. I would not wish him dead, but better him than the two great men I've lost.

If I could wish one person alive again, it would be my Grandmother. I know it's not deep, like wishing Gandhi alive again, but my Nana was a huge pillar of our family and died at a very young age. I'm the only one of the Grandkids in the family who knew her and my Grandfather, and I can't help but think how positively their lives would have been changed if she would still be alive (her husband, my Papa, is a close second).

While I don't wish death on anyone, I would have to elect someone who really proliferates hatred... Fred Phelps? As a Kansan, I'm ashamed that someone who spews such hatred and close-mindedness comes from my home state. The last thing we need in the world is more hatred and prejudice... he's the first one that springs to mind, though I'm sure there's others I would vote vehemently in favor of.

I'd wish my grandfather to be alive...
I never met him, he died before I was born... I guess I would love him very much because I've heard he was such a good person.
I wouldn't mind if some "great governors" of the world were dead. Maybe the world would be better without them and their stupid wars.

I would like Franz Kafka alive again for like 10 minutes (so that I could talk to him) and George W. Bush dead forever (because of him, half of the world hates our beautiful country).

My amswer is Jesus. He would put a stop to the horrible things done "in His name" There would be a "correction" in His so-called followers who are so quick to judge and blame, without taking personal responsibility.

In His place? Well whoever Jesus would pick, my suggestions would just be more of the same; judgemental and small!

I'd trade my life with a guy I once knew,he died in a car accident.
I'd love to know that he's alive in my place,he kind of had a crush on me,and at the day of the accident he tried talking to me but I ignored him and now I regret it coz he was a nice guy.
I think he deserves the chance to love and be loved.
Happy holidays!
cheerio :)

I want to wish my son alive again, but then my daughter would not be here. Loosing him has made me a better mother (not that I was bad one), but I so cherish every moment with her because I know she could be gone in a moment.
