If there is more than one account set up for that computer, all you should have to do is hit the start button on the bottem left of your screen (by default) and it should say "Log off". Select that option and than it should bring you to the Account log in prompt. Find the desired user from the pull down arrow and put in the password if any and there you go.
If you don't have other accounts it is very easy to make new ones. Hit the start button or the "windows logo" on your keyboard (It looks like a wavy window/flag). Select "control panel" and than select "user accounts". There you will see the option to "Creat new account". Select that option and than it will walk you through the entire thing.
Than you will be able to switch between users on that same computer.
Merry Christmas

You should have the fast user switching mode enabled. Click on start click on run and then type Nusrmgr.cpl
This will open up user accounts. Click on change the way users logon and choose fast user switching mode as enabled. And then click on start and then click on logoff and there you get another option to switch user. And you can switch from one user to another without logging off the first one.

Just log off the current one and either select or input the username you want to go under. If you dont have other usernames or dont know the passwords, if there is any, then you wont be able to do anything.
