When I went to the gynocologist, he stuck a finger in my butt. Whenever I've gone to a woman gyno, she never did this. Is this normal, or was the guy a perv?

Not a perv. He's trying to detect any abnormalities of the rectum, and to feel the back of the uterus and the ovaries.

my female gyno did this too, it is to detect any abnormalities with the ovaries

just make sure he doesnt have both hands on your shoulders when you feel that.
