It's in pretty good condition, tiny little tears on top, and it has creases from where it was folded at one time, but other than that it is in tact.

They have no direct monetary value. To be of any significant collector value it needs to be in nearly flawless condition.

Keep in mind that there are a LOT of replica confederate notes floating around. Since they are not legal tender it is quite legal to counterfeit them as long as they are not presented as genuine.
