How do u get paintings in art museum in pokemon sapphire?

i talk to artist inside bu t he dosn't do nothin

You'll have to get to the master level in each contest attribute with a Pokemon. (Smart, Beauty, Cute, Cool and Tough) After winning in the masters rank, talk to the man in the lobby and have your picture done and take it to the man in the museum.

I never done this but I recall hearing that you would need to win a master level pokemon contest.
