No, the congestion charge is being suspended from now until January 2nd.

Plenty of congestion in London. Any time. Anywhere. It never stops. People spend hours stuck in traffic jams. But it still doesn't stop them driving their sodding cars everywhere...... Or failing that, double-parking them (preferably on double-yellow lines).

every week day, except for public holidays, 7.00 am to 6.30 pm

so, it will be in force 27, 28 and 29 Dec.... also from 2nd January onwards
