This might be it. Oh,boo hoo. Adios,El Presidente For Life soon to be Dead! Bwaaaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaa!

MADRID (Reuters) - A renowned Spanish surgeon has been rushed to Cuba to try to stop a steady deterioration in Fidel Castro's health, a Spanish newspaper reported on Sunday.

Jose Luis Garcia Sabrido, an intestinal specialist, traveled to the Caribbean island on Thursday on an aircraft chartered by the Cuban government, according to Spain's left-leaning El Periodico de Catalunya.

Garcia Sabrido was due to carry out tests on Castro to see if he needs another operation after undergoing emergency surgery for intestinal bleeding in July, the newspaper said, citing hospital sources.

The doctor's plane was carrying advanced medical equipment not available in Cuba, the newspaper reported.

Fidel has done a lot for his people, given the circumstances of his country. After the USSR broke apart in the late 1980s and Castro's oil and funds were cut off, what the Cuban people did to feed their population under the restrictions of no energy or money was absolutely phenomenal. Their organic farming and low-energy practices are now being examined by agriculturalists around the world in the light of Peak Oil.

I wish President Castro a speedy recovery. Truly an amazing man.

I admire Mr. Castro's strength as a leader in the face of international pressures and would like for him a peaceful death. However, I not not agree with the privileges that he has withheld from his people. I hope that after his death the wonderful citizens of Cuba will experience a new revolution, one that will see them being given the freedom that they deserve.

At first I though this was a joke. It shows that if you have the money, you can get anything you want.
