Here is the story of the poem, and a copy from the Internet.
I'm Spending Christmas With Jesus Christ This Year
by Wanda Bencke
Lysandra Kay Bencke was my thirteen year old handicapped daughter. On Christmas day 1997, Lysandra had a seizure and was in a coma for five days before she died. During those five days I wrote the poem "Christmas in Heaven". I sent it out in a belated Christmas cards to friends and relatives that year. They also sent it on to other friends and relatives, thus the poem and the story behind it have been changed. See The story behind the poem
I see the countless Christmas trees
Around the world below,
With tiny lights like heaven's stars
Reflecting in the snow.
The sight is so spectacular
Please wipe away that tear
For I'm spending Christmas
With Jesus Christ this year.
I hear the many Christmas songs
That people hold so dear
But earthly music can't compare
With the Christmas choir up here.
I have no words to tell you
The joy their voices bring
For it's beyond description
To hear the angels sing.
I know how much you miss me,
Trust God and have no fear
For I'm spending Christmas
With Jesus Christ this year.
I can't tell you of the splendor
Or the peace here in this place.
Can you imagine Christmas
With our Savior, face to face?
May God uplift your spirit
As I tell Him of your love
Then pray for one another
As you lift your eyes above.
So let your hearts be joyful
And let your spirits sing
For I'm spending Christmas in Heaven
And I'm walking with the king!

once you study heavily, Jesus did no longer ever say the crucifixion replaced into his meant skill of redeeming mankind. The Apostles have been at a loss as to a thank you to act after the crucifixion, which had in no way been on the tables. they had in no way been arranged for it and Jesus wasn't arranged for it the two, yet he'd completed his paintings as a reliable rabbi, and unfold a lot of excellent techniques, some taken from sects, others from Greek philosophy, others from issues he'd learnt in Alexandria and consistent with danger interior the lifeless Sea communities. After Jesus it wasn't lots "how do we understand what Jesus taught" as "how do we make the disappearance of this prophet useful and tie all of it up right into a logical, new faith". Arguments approximately what Jesus's visual allure and disappearance have been meant to intend went on for hundreds of years. In some years' time we will have the e-e book of the newly stumbled on Judas' Gospel. which will placed some cats between the pigeons. enable's wish we get the unadulterated version and not Benedict sixteen's version.
