Humans are almost unique amongst mammals in only having two mammary glands. Most mammals have six, some have eight. So, what would happen if humans had four?

Humans normally only have one child, the occasional exception they have two, rarely three. So we normally have two breasts to accommodate the NORM. Do tell me, have you ever considered that you have far to much time on your hands?
