If you are trying to play a rock song, I would just use a full bar chord, covering all 6 strings in standard tuning (EADGBe).
HERE IS THE TAB.

e: 4
B: 4
G: 4
D: 6
A: 6
E: 4

Generally a second fret complet bar is some type of a g minor.
Also tune the strings up one note of fourths harmonic to A.
This is g minor tuning for fret playing in the lead air walkin mode. The g minor is the lightest chord to the ear for listeners and when played through large venue systems sounds an octave higher in composition.

I'd use a barr chord. E minor shape barred at the 4th fret.
