In my part of the ozarks it was quoted a week ago at 10/ft. this is also an area where it is nothing but rock. I'm sure they have a minum and I would guess your 100 x 10 wouln't meet that.
Calling some well drillers might be an idea

WISCONSIN RATES ARE ABOUT $18.00 A FOOT WITH CASING AND AFTER THAT $17.00 YOU JUST CAN DRILL A 100 FOOT WELL EITHER.THIER ARE ALOT OF VARI ABLES THAT GO ALONG WITH DRILLING A WELL. MOST PLACES CAN GIVE YOU A ESTIMATE ON HOW DEEP A WELL WILL BE BY CHECKING RECORDS ON SUROUNDING PROPERTIES BUT ITS STILL ONLY A GUESS.

Well in Florida 29 years ago ours cost $3200.00. But of course that is in sand and it was 280 feet.
