it kind of depends on what carrier you have. for example if you are sending from email to nextel it would be the phone number followed by messaging.nextel.com (xxx-xxx-xxxx@messaging.nextel.com) in the case of sprint you would have to have that customer let you know what their username is. They can find it in their phone and let you know. That would be username@sprint.com. Hope this helps

you should just be able to enter in the phone number in the address bar, and vice versa on a cell when sending a text type in the email address instead of a phone number

Use yahoo messenger. That's best. If you are not a yahoo messenger user, just open an account (it's free), then download yahoo messenger and you'll see how to send texts from the messenger. It's very easy. But--don't get Cingular Wireless.

the easiest is to use yahoo messenger there is a bar that you can type the cell number into and then you want to send an SMS to that cell. I do it lots.
