This may sound rather harsh and like an extreme rationalization, but I must answer your question with another question. Do people in the 15-25-year-old age range worry about anything? Other than the location of their next party? From what I gather right on Yahoo Answers a lot of them don't even care about their own education. I mean for Pete's sake, they're busy trying to get answers to study questions here instead of doing their own research. Unless things change, this is going to be a really pathetic generation.

I'm 16, and I do because it'll affect me when I'm older. Plus my generation is the one that will be looked upon to stop it.
So to answer your question, yes and no. I mean I worry about it, but I don't think about it all the time. It's not a primal concern for me at the moment. I think that's what it is. That age group (at least the younger half) have other more personally related problems to take care of first. But it's definitely not looked past.
And an after thought (after reading a few of the other responses), it's not the "cool" thing to do to care. I never saw the Al Gore movie, and I probably never will. I don't need to. I live an informed life. Those who want to know, know. Those who don't, won't until nothing can prevent it from advancing.
Hope this helps.

I am 16 and what my friends talk about in and out of school do not correlate with that much about global warming. Maybe inside class with a teacher for that time, but when we think about it outside we just don't care as much as we should. Mostly because we do not understand that much about it. We would rather talk abou boyfriends or the history test or quiz. We think of things that we "think" are important now, but don't realize the future consequence of what we are doing in the present. What is shown on the television and news, we usually look at the sports or entertainment then anything else. I guess it just goes with how mature a teen or person is.

Concern about global warming is one of the more "cool" things to do with teens nowadays, so yes, they are concerned, and with Al Gore subtely yet widely publicizing "The Inconvenient Truth", the younger generation is becoming more and more aware and more open minded.
What you need to ask, Original Poster, is "Do people in the 30-60 year-old age range worry about global warming?" Because I sure as hell know my older (40-50) assosciates are completely oblivious to it. Then again, they're completely oblivious to why smoking is bad, but then again that's another topic.

I'm 18 and I am worried about it. The people in this age range don't care for it because they probably don't know anything about it- like most of the issues in the world.

I'm 24 and I'm honestly not too worried about it. Why? Because I think it's a trend that won't last forever. Yeah it's hot in the summers, but we're not hitting records highs. I mean most of the record highs, where I'm from, were set over ten years ago now! I have a hard time believing that it's getting hotter! I think it happens, and I think it will pass. I might be wrong, heck I wouldn't be surprised if I was. But right now, I don't think it's a big deal.

My name is Rafael Lomena. I write from Alicante (Spain). I am independent investigator on the Accelerated Global Heating and want to share with all something that can turn out from interest to fight this phenomenon.
I believe that the main cause of the Accelerated Global Heating is in the great and increasing forest fires that are whipping to the planet in the last years.
My complete report is in: http://inicia.es/de/rlv/clim.htm...
If they do not understand the Spanish they can use the automatic translator that will find in the main page of site:

Most of them don't, as they do not have the brains to figure out where to go to get real answers from the correct sources, they think they can get it from TV, or friends in the same age group
