I'd say Harry Potter, because the Pirates movie was kind of...bleaugh is the only word. It was basically the first movie again (a Captain and his army of the undead that hates Jack Sparrow, etc.), and it ended incomplete, where Hollywood HAS to make another. They deliberately tried to make the crew creepy, which I always hate. And I think it's total bull that Will actually managed to steal Davy Jones' key. Though I predict Tia Dalma is the woman Davy had a thing with, because they have matching lockets. And why on earth did Tia Dalma decide to bring back Barbossa anyway? She has to have a motive, other than the director wanted it to happen.
