Click on your gold star(Favorites Button) then click History and pick a day.

I haven't used the Internet Explorer 7 yet but you can always open up your history or IE by pressing the combination of two keys on keyboard. Ctrl+H will open up your history for IE 7.

you already know the place the returned and forward button is on the precise left hand corner after the foward arrow there's a sprint arrow button pointing down its small click that and click historic previous or CTRL+shift+H which will take you on your historic previous

okay, look at ur tool bars. on the third tool bar, on the far right it says tools with a little picture of a gear, then click it and right at the top of that drop down menu it says deleting options.

in left side , and under of "back" buttun is a star
press star and then history
or press ctrl+h
