I hate 'em, personally, but I was around when they were popular the first time, so I don't look on the fondly. If you are 12-13 you can get away with it, but older girls/women better find a newer look.

I think leggings under a skirt look good. I also liked the leggings with the big sweatshirt or sweater, wigwam slouch socks and keds too. I was in middle school in the mid 90's and many girls wore this oufit and said it was very comfortable and looked way more stylish then wearing sweatpants. I think leggings loo good on teens, 20's, 30's, or 40's. It all depends on how you wear them at the different ages.

Leggings are fabulous. Trust me. Especially black ones, since they slim down your legs. But, no, you do not have to have "Kate Moss legs". If your legs are really really flabby, though, I would probably skip leggings. You can get leggings in all different colors, too. They should be worn only with short skirts. Nothing else. Plus leggings keep your legs warm when it's cold, so you can practically wear all of your summer skirts again! It totally saves money and time. If you are over 25, I'd say don't wear them.

Leggings under tunics or under skirts, especially denim ones, is way too trendy and getting kind of annoying. Leggings worn otherwise, like under shorts, looks stupid, but is a lot more original. There's only a few ways to wear leggings without looking like everyone else or like an idiot, so thumbs down to leggings. I like wearing bright colored leggings under ripped jeans so the color shows through. That's the only way I ever wear leggings.

I hate leggings personally. The only time I ever saw a cute outfit was once, and I made an exception. The outfit had red leggings, with a camo skirt. Then there was a red shirt with a camo vest. To top it off she had a camo hat and purse! J'adore!

I like them. They're warm during the winter and perfect for wearing with a skirt. I also wear them under jeans that have huge holes in them.

i admire the 2nd pair of lace ones. the 1st ones are not that lovable, actual. Now, the final pair.. i in my view LOVE the wetlook leggings. they provide an outfit a sprint ingredient. basically be careful of what you pair with it, particularly footwear! they could look ridiculous with the incorrect sort of shirt or shoe.

I think that they're really cute. They can keep you warm, and can make your skirt look less trashy by showing less leg. But if you're over a certain age (like, 20) then you shouldn't be wearing them!

It depends f it looks good on you. To some people they do , some people they dont.
I personally like them with short jean skirts.
