how do i record movies to a sd memory card in a FAT16 format?

I have a TV Now and it has 128mb internal memory which is only an hours worth. I bought a 1gb sd memory card to record to but its not in the right format.

The TV now should have a formatting utility. Almost everything uses FAT32 now. Try using a computer to reformat in that.
